Warriors Sports Management and it's Warriors Elite program strives to be the finest youth mentoring and basketball development program in the state of Georgia. Our goal is to develop and nurture the minds and talents of everyone of our young athletes. We want to prepare them to become future leaders of tomorrow and to take an active role in their communities. We believe that every young mind needs a positive environment and a strong support system to guide them in the right direction and we take great pride in providing that to our young men and women. The game of basketball is a discipline and full of endless lessons and challenges, and we aim to teach our young athletes that both translate to model life’s lessons and challenges. We are building future leaders, not just developing basketball players.

Curtis Foster
Director of Operations - Licensed Sports Agent
A native of Savannah, Georgia, Coach Foster began his career at an early age. He lettered in football and track while attending Sol C Johnson High School. It was apparent to him that football would most definitely play a part in his future. After high school, Curtis Foster served three years in the United States Army. Upon completion of his service obligation, Curtis returned to Savannah to attend Savannah State University. He then transferred to University Central Florida in Orlando, Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing in 1984. Curtis Foster played a season with the Tampa Bay Bandits of United States Football League (USFL) before an injury ended his career. Curtis began coaching at King High in Tampa, Florida where he was a coach for the running backs in 1985-1986. Curtis later became the offensive coordinator for Desoto County High School where the team went to the State Championship on two occasions.

In 1990 Curtis Foster bearing the burden of the passing of his father returned to Savannah to care for his brother who has Down syndrome. Once again his direction swayed towards football and in 1996, Curtis served as General Manager for a semi professional football team, the Savannah Chiefs. In 1998 Curtis became a coach and owner of his own semi pro team, the Savannah Panthers who has since then changed to the Savannah Warriors and has won three Southeast conference championships and the MFL championship. In 2001, Curtis also served as coach and scout for the Jacksonville Tomcats of the AF2 during the off season. Curtis Foster has also served as the Head Equipment Manager, Senior Athletic Administration staff member, Assistant Girls Basketball Coach, Assistant Football Coach and Recruiter at Savannah State University since 2002.
Curtis Foster is a devoted family man and is married to the lovely LaShawna Foster whom with they share four children: LaShara, Lakisha, Curtis, and Calem.

LaShawna Robinson Foster is a native of Daytona Beach, Florida. LaShawna has always been an avid athlete on and off the basketball court throughout her high school career. Some of her talent was passed down to her daughter, LaShara Smith whom was a highly recruited player that led her to a Savannah State college recruiter, Curtis Foster in October 2004. Her daughter, LaShara accepted a full basketball scholarship at Savannah State University and formed a bond with Coach Foster who ended up marrying LaShawna Robinson Foster on May 18, 2005. LaShawna and LaShara both relocated to Savannah and once settled, LaShawna worked closely with her husband, Curtis with his Savannah Warriors semi professional football team he had already established, supporting her daughter with her college basketball career and welcoming their son, Calem Foster in June 2006. LaShawna wanted something to call her own, became an owner of Savannah Lady Warriors Semi professional women's team 2007-2010 while also being the master mind of helping Coach Foster attain his Sports agent license with Sports Management Worldwide.
LaShawna is also an avid reader and writes poetry that led her to becoming a published author of her book "From My Heart and Soul to Yours" in 2013.
In 2014 - present, both LaShawna and Curtis Foster have a passion for youth and sports that they formed Warriors Sports Management Incorporation and started a girls AAU Basketball League. With the success of two girls team from middle to high school over the years has expanded the organization to four Elite Warriors boys teams which gives the organization a total of seven teams.
LaShawna and Curtis Foster cherish four children, LaShara, Lakisha, Curtis and Calem and three beautiful grandchildren, Keon, Ai'yana and Kyree whom lives in Florida.
